The Kadence Outlook Add-in brings the power of Kadence into your Outlook calendar. Users can search and book rooms from directly within a meeting invite, ensuring calendars and room schedules stay in sync.
🔧 Prerequisites
Before getting started:
You must be a Global Admin in Kadence
You must have admin access to Microsoft Entra, or support from your Entra admin
🔐 How the Add-in Works
Once installed, the Kadence Add-in allows you to:
Create or edit a meeting
Open a calendar event
Click the Kadence Room Booking icon in the toolbar
Launch the side panel
View available rooms in real-time
See capacity, location, and amenities
Book or remove a room
Click Add to insert a room into the Location field
Click Remove to take it out
Forward meetings
Click the Kadence icon
Select a room and click Copy
Paste the room email into the To field when forwarding the meeting
📥 How to Install the Add-in
For End Users
You can add the Kadence Add-in manually:
Open Outlook (Windows or Mac)
Go to Home > Get Add-ins
Search Kadence Room Booking
Click Add
Once installed, the icon will appear in your meeting toolbar
For Microsoft 365 / Entra Admins
To deploy to your organization:
Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Navigate to Settings > Integrated apps
Click Add-ins > Deploy Add-in
Choose From the Store > Kadence Room Booking
Choose deployment method:
Automatically for all users
Optional for users
Assign to specific groups
Complete the deployment steps
