🔧 How to enable or disable Kadence AI:

  1. Log in to Kadence as a Global Admin

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations

  3. Scroll to Kadence AI

  4. Toggle ON or OFF to enable or disable the AI assistant

🧠 What happens when Kadence AI is disabled?

If Kadence AI is turned off, users will still be able to interact with the Kadence bot in Teams, but functionality will be limited to:

  • Checking in to their bookings

  • Self-certifying before arrival

This ensures basic check-in workflows continue to work, even without full AI capabilities.
