With Kadence Flex and LiquidSpace, you can:
Instantly book on‑demand flexible workspaces globally
Help teams coordinate in‑person collaboration across offices and flex spaces
Centralise booking data and attendance metrics to optimise real‑estate spend
🛠️ Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, make sure that:
You have an active LiquidSpace account
Users are granted permission to book flex space in the LiquidSpace Admin Portal
You are a Global Admin in Kadence
🔧 Set Up the LiquidSpace Integration
You must already have a LiquidSpace account before enabling the integration in Kadence.
📌 Important
Before enabling the integration, make sure you have completed your setup in LiquidSpace, including:
Adding users
Setting spend limits
Configuring allowed space types
This ensures authorised users can start booking immediately once the integration is active.
To connect LiquidSpace to Kadence:
Log in to Kadence
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Under LiquidSpace, click Add Account
Enter your LiquidSpace account number
👤 Adding and Managing Users
When a Kadence user books a flex space, the LiquidSpace booking widget opens automatically.
Here’s how user access works:
Existing LiquidSpace users
Can log in using their existing LiquidSpace credentials
Users without a LiquidSpace account
Will have an account created automatically using their Kadence email address
Are added to the Default Team in LiquidSpace
A LiquidSpace admin can move them to another team if required
🔐 First‑time login
New users must complete the Forgot Password flow on the LiquidSpace website to set a password before logging in via the widget.
🚀 What Happens Next?
Once enabled:
Kadence users can book LiquidSpace flex locations directly from Kadence
Bookings are tied to your LiquidSpace account and permissions
Flex usage and attendance data is visible alongside office bookings
🚧 Browser Requirements & Known Limitations
The LiquidSpace booking widget does not support Safari by default
If users are booking via Safari, they must either:
Switch to another browser (recommended), or
Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy and disable “Prevent cross‑site tracking”
